Join the Staffvengers Team: We’re Hiring Dedicated Aides in the DMV area

At Staffvengers, we’re committed to providing exceptional support to students and schools. We’re excited to announce an opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference to join us as a Dedicated Aide.

What is a Dedicated Aide?

A dedicated aide is a one-on-one aide assigned to a specific student, usually one with behavioral disabilities or other special needs. The role of a dedicated aide is to provide individualized support, helping students navigate the school environment and engage in learning activities. This often includes assisting students in following daily routines, fostering positive behaviors, and supporting them socially and academically.

Why Dedicated Aides Are So Important

Dedicated aides play a vital role in ensuring that students with behavioral disabilities receive the support and attention they need. By working closely with the student, the aide helps create an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged. They help students build confidence, develop social skills, and remain engaged in their learning, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

One of the primary responsibilities of a dedicated aide is to follow and implement the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). An IEP is a tailored plan developed to address the specific needs of students with disabilities, outlining the goals, accommodations, and interventions required to support their educational success. As a dedicated aide, you’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure that the IEP is followed effectively, adapting the approach as necessary to help the student succeed.

Why Join Staffvengers as a Dedicated Aide?

As a dedicated aide with Staffvengers, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make a direct impact on a student’s life in the DMV area. By providing one-on-one support and implementing the student’s IEP, you’ll help them overcome challenges, develop new skills, and achieve their educational goals. Plus, after working 640 hours, you’ll be eligible for a full-time position with the school, opening the door to continued growth and long-term opportunities in the field of education.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about supporting students with behavioral disabilities
  • Detail-oriented and committed to following IEPs to provide tailored support
  • Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive impact
